Tonight for dinner I made a meal straight out of a cook book. And the only thing I changed was the colour of the capsicum (neither my housemate not I like green capsicum!). It was so delicious! We will definitely be cooking it again.

I’m glad we have an extensive collection of cookbooks between the two of us- it means we can try something new any time we want. I don’t often cook from a cookbook, but I think it wouldn’t hurt to add to my repertoire.

Do you cook from recipes often? Or are you more likely to wing something in the hopes that it turns out edible?
